OYOO Design works remotely with clients from all over the world. We are not bound to a location and provide our services to start-ups, established businesses and offer white labelling for busy marketing agencies. We are flexible, reliable and can offer services that scale with your business. We find that start-ups, non-profits and SMEs, tend not to have the budget for a full time designer / marketing team, so we fulfill that need.

We are happy to provide a variety of design and / or marketing services to clients based on their particular needs and budget. If you’re interested in working with us, we can discuss your needs over a call to make sure we’re a good fit for your team / business.

Our contract services include:

• Design – graphics, website, logo, branding, imagery for print / digital, moving imagery (animation / video)
• Marketing – SEO, social media messaging and campaigns, copywriting, reporting

We utilise Adobe Creative Suite for our work which includes the use of Adobe Stock and Adobe Firefly (AI generated imagery). The expense of these facilities are included in our plans.

Our plans are based on time, rather than what work we’ll be doing for you. Although creating a website from scratch is normally a big job in its own right, we realise that not everyone can afford such an investment in their business upfront, so we’re happy to take on that kind of work as part of an agreed plan, so we plan our time to suit your budget.

Our plans save clients a big percentage when choosing to go into contract with OYOO Design. In return we get regular work, so all in all everyone wins!

As our plans provide clients with a large discount, we require at least 6-months* on our 2-Day plan. 4-Day and 8-Day plans require a minimum of 3-months. We work 6 hour days.

All contracts are paid monthly and at the start of each month.

We try to be as flexible and reasonable as possible with our contracts, for example a client is permitted to downgrade, upgrade any time, if they feel that the days agreed are too much or too little for their needs. We require a 28-day notice period to alter an existing contract. Please note downgrading from a 2-day contract is not possible.

*Charity / Non-profit / Start-up clients are welcome to cancel their contract with us after 3-months, a 28-day notice period applies.

We do not include web development that requires customisations (i.e. functionality that isn’t available via an existing plugin / template) or the cost of additional expenses in our contracts  i.e. cost of plugins or premium website templates (unless specifically agreed / requested).

We do not offer hosting in our packages, however, we do provide assistance with setting up hosting with our preferred supplier Kualo.

Kualo are based in the UK and offer green powered hosting on all their plans.
